Duties And Responsibilities:

• Harmonize existing processes across department
• Implement quality improvement processes working closely with project teams.
• Maintain process consistency throughout SDLC.
• Introduce and evangelize best practices.
• Develop and manage metrics for quality and performance improvement of all teams
• Assure the viability, functionality and effectiveness of essential tools.
• Perform process assessments, discover gaps and plan appropriate improvements.
• Work closely with senior managers and stakeholders to ensure wide impact of process improvements and successful projects execution
• Interface with global Quality / Process functions to align efforts

Knowledge and skills:
• In-depth understanding of all aspects of SDLC, project roles and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of methodology, tools and concepts of process & quality management.
• Experience of definition and implementation of Software Process Improvement initiatives.
• Experience of definition and implementation of metrics and KPIs on all levels: project, unit, delivery center.
• CMM.
• Project & risk management skills.
• Strong analytical & statistical data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills with English fluency.
  Background:
• Senior mature individual with proven track record.
• 7+ years working in software development.
• Experience in industry leading software house, consultancy or financial institution.
