Hierarchic Reporting Line: Sales Director
Responsibilities:
- Contract management for domestic and export sales, including contracts, additional agreements, etc.
- Product planning in cooperation with customer service and warehouse departments
- Customer planning in cooperation with sales and finance departments
- Participation in internal control framework – control owner of sales controls
- Communicate with distributors and other clients regarding price lists, discounts, other sales conditions
- Maintain customer database: inputting data on price lists and discounts agreed with the clients, data on daily and weekly loadings
- Monthly closings together with sales and finance departments
- Monitoring sales budget and plans
- Prepare sales analysis per product and per region, VMI and other documents
Qualifications:
Knowledge
- Higher education (preferably in economics)
- English intermediate/upper-intermediate
- 2+ years experience in sales or finance
- PC user (applications: MS Office, MS Project, MS Navision (basis); multimedia, Internet)
- Experience with administrative organization
- Relevant FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) experience is a plus
- Relevant FMCG sales experience is a plus
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge

Compensation:
- Salary 55 000 rur gross
